Terms and Conditions
Pricing & Booking Policies
- All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Prices are inclusive of 18% GST.
Booking & Payment
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid on the day of the shoot.
- Payments are non-refundable. However, if unforeseen circumstances (such as health issues) prevent your scheduled session, we will assist in rescheduling based on availability.
Gallery & Deliverables
- Raw (unedited) images will be shared.
- Your final edited gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks from your selection date.
- Professionally post-processed images will be provided in a private online gallery with lifelong access.
Privacy Option
- Clients can opt for privacy protection to prevent images from being shared online.

- Additional Outfit for Mother - Rs. 5,000
- Extra Edited Image – ₹750 per image.
- Additional Family Member/Pet – ₹5,000 per person or pet.

- Rush Editing (Priority Delivery) – ₹500 per image.
On-Time Policy
Punctuality is key to ensuring a seamless luxury maternity photoshoot experience and timely delivery of your images.
- If you arrive late, your session duration will be shortened, which may reduce the number of setups, poses, and overall shoot details.
- We understand that pregnancy can bring unexpected delays, so we offer a 30-minute grace period, which is included in your session time. However, any delay beyond this will reduce your actual shoot time.
- Rest assured, we will provide ample breaks during the session for your comfort.
Extended Session Policy
- If you wish to extend your session, a strict 20% surcharge of the package per additional hour will apply.
- This surcharge is non-negotiable and applies whether the extension is due to a delay or simply a desire for more clicks and setups.
