Terms and Conditions
Pricing & Booking Policies
- All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Prices are inclusive of 18% GST.
- All photoshoot packages include the option for family portraits with your husband and older child.
Booking & Payment
- An advance payment of Rs.5,000 is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of the shoot.
- Payments are non-refundable. However, if unforeseen circumstances (such as health issues) prevent your scheduled session, we will assist in rescheduling based on availability.
Gallery & Deliverables
- Raw (unedited) images will be shared.
- Your final edited gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks from your selection date.
- Professionally post-processed images will be provided in a private online gallery with lifelong access.
Outfit Guidelines
- You are welcome to bring your own outfit, but please note that the total number of outfits per session remains limited, whether you choose from our exclusive couture collection or bring your own.
Privacy Option
- Clients can opt for privacy protection to prevent images from being shared online.

On-Time Policy
Punctuality is key to ensuring a seamless luxury maternity photoshoot experience and timely delivery of your images.
- If you arrive late, your session duration will be shortened, which may reduce the number of setups, poses, and overall shoot details.
- We understand that pregnancy can bring unexpected delays, so we offer a 30-minute grace period, which is included in your session time. However, any delay beyond this will reduce your actual shoot time.
- Rest assured, we will provide ample breaks during the session for your comfort.
Extended Session Policy
- If you wish to extend your session, a strict 20% surcharge of the package per additional hour will apply.
- This surcharge is non-negotiable and applies whether the extension is due to a delay or simply a desire for more clicks and setups.

How many days earlier should we make a booking?
A three-week notice is ideal if you're flexible with weekdays. However, for specific weekends or dates, we recommend booking as early as possible, as prime slots often fill up one to two months in advance.
When is the best time to schedule a Newborn Photo Session?
Newborn portraits are best captured within the first 5-15 days after birth, as babies sleep up to 18 hours a day and naturally curl up, making posing easier and stress-free. After 15 days, they begin stretching more and staying awake longer, which can make certain newborn poses challenging. However, if your baby is older than 20 days, don’t worry! We can still create beautiful, timeless portraits—just reach out, and we’ll tailor the session to your baby’s comfort and safety, which always remains our top priority.

When will we receive the images after we complete a photo session?
You’ll receive a selection link within 2 days of your maternity photoshoot, and your final edited gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks from your selection date.
As we handle multiple sessions each month, this timeframe ensures high-quality, beautifully edited images. If you need your photos sooner, we offer a ‘Quick Delivery’ option for an additional charge.
How do I purchase the privacy of my photographs?
If you prefer to keep your maternity/newborn photos private, we offer a privacy option at an additional 30% of your package price. This ensures your images will not be used on our website or social media.
